Art and Politics: The compatibility of smart?

Move in any society, not art and politics do not always along too well. While in some cases, political art as a tool to achieve certain political strategies that apply in other cases, the art is seen as an enemy of the state (government). This is obvious for two reasons. The first reason is that, as the campaigns of political activities, rallies and other events using similar forms of art such as posters, printed on T-shirts, flags, make invoiceTables, etc. to get the best result in the objectives of these events. In this way, art is seen not only as a tool for political goals, but also as a friend because of pure politics without it (art) policy, it would have difficult to express or communicate his interest to the public (masses) in a way that would be easy to understand. For example, taking pictures of aspiring politicians to bring in visual form as a posterCompetitors know closer to the people and the people, who are these people said, though, in most cases are not the candidates one-on-one meeting before the election.

Given this scenario it is for one person, group or community with an aspiring politician (for aspiring governor, president or senatorial positions) by identifying simply wearing a cap or T-shirts bearing the image of the hood (in the case of a printed commonIndividual) or the installation of a bill board at the entrance to a community or at strategic locations in the capital city or the metropolis. In this sense, art is not only a connection between the people on behalf of (mass) and those who for political office, but also provides the channels through which their interests to the public would express their election campaigns. All these arts to a good friend in politics.

The second reason is somewhat at odds with the firstsuperimposed. This is because if an artist works, do not speak well of an existing policy of the Government made, politicians are a superior enemy. For example, draw cartoons in the newspaper or other periodical publications on critical issues, the giving to the masses that the government refuses to attention. A cartoon designed for light or cause your thoughts on the issue of resource control in the Niger Delta, for example, describes the leading robust and healthy, while the masses who suffer from conditions in hit powerless and poverty would be represented. The satirical images are displayed, to entertain and still attract the attention of society to be a problem of critical need. Political leaders at the forefront of things consider cartoons as art or as set by their government or the regime to sabotage. Instead, art forms look like a visual feedback about the need to address or correct the ills ofCompanies to work out> to implement good policies and update / functional for the benefit of the masses who are suffering, they see (eg forms of art) in the back.

Looking at the two opposite sides of the above, are art and politics in intermittent conflict. This is because, where the practice of true art lives, leaders are not easy to manipulate or deceive the masses, the art without losing their (the politicians) suffer evilPlans / intelligence. This is probably why the most of the governments or regimes undermine the art market for fear of not being used against them. Noting that the cultural policies that a turnaround and growth and development of art could bring to a country either frustrated or given any attention. That's pretty unhealthy not only for the promotion of art, but also for the whole cultural development of a region. Art is an important element ofCulture and if you have the culture of this region would also suffer irretrievably.

Therefore, if the art is so important that it can ", as (to name a few) is a powerful tool or a means of achieving political goals in such events as political campaigns and rallies of the party used to be, should receive appropriate recognition by the leaders Politicians are given the power to have its growth through significant political speed.
